“Her Version”, a poem from a friend
Her Version
The instant you see her…
Commend on her paintings, not what she’s wearingReflect on her insights whether it make sense or a spur from nothingLook intently at her, there’s enough time to hold her handTake her to places but don’t rush from what you began. If you feel like talking to her…Do not hesitate, pour anecdotes and fables to herGive her tidbits of your easy life, don’t be just a blurConsistence is presence, as to presence is consistenceDo not make yourself a riddle, a mindf*cking pretense.
There was never a plan to be with her…It’s a choice you have to make either todayOr tomorrow, it’s your call, come what mayShe does not need security nor any flowery statements of some sortGive her your heart, from that point, she will paint a start.
For S.A.A, strong girl.
~A simple yet astounding poem written by a profound poet, a friend of mine, Ana Cey G.
